SOPRANO (Sandro Hit/Contender/Tin Rocco), formerly Blue Hors Soprano.  Soprano has proven
himself to be a sire of modern, elegant, highly athletic offspring.  He has produced some of the top ranked

  • January 2015:  Grevens Sa Va starts the new year off with excellent results:  Competing at Prix St. George's
    in Denmark on January 29, 2015, Grevens Sa Va placed 2nd just behind the stallion Blue Hors Zack with a
    score of 72.105...less than 1 percentage point between them.  On February 1, 2015, Grevens Sa Va won
    her MA 2 Class with 70,7%.

  • OCTOBER 18, 2014 GREVENS SA VA:  The talented Grevens Sa Va (Soprano/Blue Hors Romancier) and
    Rider Camilla Ahlers Pedersen again took FIRST PLACE in Denmark competing at Prix St. Georges with a
    score of 75,395!  Camilla and Sa Va are a very talented pair!  Congratulations to Team Sa Va!

  • AUGUST 26, 2014 GREVENS SA VA:  Special congratulations to Grevens Sa Va (Soprano/Blue Hors
    Romancier), rider Camilla Ahlers Pedersen, and owners/breeders Dorit Greve and Svend Skov Poulsen .
    On August 26, 2014 in Denmark, Sa Va won at MA-1 with a score of 70,278% and WON first time out at Prix
    St. Georges with a score of 68,158%.

    Jersey with excellent results: 1st Place in the Two-Year Old Colts and Geldings Class; Winner of the Colts
    and Geldings Champion Class - all ages; 3rd in the Young Horse Championship Class; Great American
    USDF Breeders Championship Series Qualifier.

  • TOTIL HIT did very well at the July 11, 2014 Dressage at Lexington Breed Show  in Lexington, Virginia:  
    2nd in the Two-Year Old Colts and Geldings Class; Reserve Champion Colts and Geldings all ages; 2nd in
    the German Oldenburg Verband Individual Breed Class; Great American USDF Breeders Championship
    Series Qualifier.  

  • TOTIL HIT started off the 2014 show season at the VADA Nova Summer Dressage Breed Show with
    exciting results!   Winner Two-Year Old Colts and Geldings;  Reserve Champion Colts and Geldings...all
    ages; Reserve Champion Young Horse; Born in the USA Breeders Award; Great American USDF Breeders
    Championship Series Qualfier.
  • September 2013, TOTIL HIT took first place out of 28 horses in the German Oldenburg Verband Individual
    Breed Class with a score of 81%!  He received the highest score given to any horse competing in any of the
    2013 Dressage at Devon individual breed classes!

  • Prepared/trained and handled by Alain Seheut, TOTIL HIT placed first out of 28 horses in the German
    Oldenburg Verband Individual Breed Class with an overall score of 81%.  He received the highest score
    given to any horse competing in any of the 2013 Dressage at Devon individual breed classes!

  • SONATA (Soprano/Sandro Hit/Contender) placed 2nd -- just behind Totil Hit -- out of 28 horses in the
    German Oldenburg Verband Individual Breed Class with an overall score of 80.8%.  She received the 2nd
    highest score given to an horse competing in any of the 2013 Dressage at Devon individual breed classes!
  • Two Soprano offspring, Grevens Sa Va and Sopran Morso, represented Denmark in the 5-Year Old
    Division of the 2010 World Championships for Young Dressage Horses.  Grevens Sa Va was 5th overall
    with 8.62.
    Olde Country Farm Offers Special Breeder Awards:

  • $1,000 to the owner of a Soprano offspring who qualifies and competes at the National Championships.

  • $2,000 to the owner of a Soprano offspring who qualifies and competes at the World Championships.  

  • In the event that there are more than one Soprano offspring qualifying for and competing in the National
    and/or World Championships, the one with the highest score will receive the award.
  • Foals sired by Soprano are eligible for $5,400 in prize money at the September New England Breeders

    CANADIAN BREEDERS: We are now successfully shipping fresh cooled semen to Canada within the
    required CEM protocol.  In addition, a bank of Soprano's excellent quality frozen semen is stored at Emerald
    Ridge Farm in Rockwood, Ontario, reducing shipping fees substantially.  Soprano's frozen semen comes
